Course Description:
This course provides an executive overview
of the Microsoft enterprise project management (EPM) solution.
With an emphasis on portfolio analysis, resource forecasting
and capacity planning, milestone reporting, stop-light exception
reporting, and collaboration, managers will become familiar
with the EPM environment and how to quickly access information
necessary to make timely and informed business decisions.

None. This is an optional course
that focuses on the
Executive
aspect of working in a Microsoft
Office Project Server 2007 enterprise environment.
