Course Description:
This course provides an executive overview of the Microsoft enterprise project management (EPM) solution. With an emphasis on portfolio analysis, resource forecasting and capacity planning, milestone reporting, stop-light exception reporting, and collaboration, managers will become familiar with the EPM environment and how to quickly access information necessary to make timely and informed business decisions.

Related Certification:
None. This is an optional course that focuses on the Executive aspect of working in a Microsoft Office Project Server 2007 enterprise environment.

Intended Audience:
This half-day session is designed for:

  • Executives and managers who want an overview of the Microsoft Enterprise Project Management solution to understand how to access specific web-based information needed to make timely and informed business decisions
  • Managers who want to leverage EPM reporting
